4Service is proud to announce its partnership with the prestigious TopHotel Awards in Romania. This event marks a new stage in our collaboration and allows us to contribute to the development of the country's hospitality industry.

TopHotel Awards is an annual event that recognizes the most outstanding achievements in Romania's tourism and hospitality sector. Projects are evaluated by an experienced jury composed of leading industry experts.

This year, 4Service introduced an innovative approach to hotel assessment. We combined the classic mystery shopper method with in-depth brand analysis. This comprehensive approach allowed us to obtain a more objective picture and evaluate not only the quality of service but also the hotel's alignment with current trends.

Particular attention was paid to assessing the sustainability and environmental friendliness of hotels. In our mystery shopper questionnaire, we considered such aspects as energy efficiency, water conservation, and the presence of environmental initiatives. This step is driven by the growing consumer demand for environmentally responsible brands.

The results of our assessment were one of the key factors in determining the winners of the TopHotel Awards. 4Service's innovative approach was approved at the highest level and made it possible to add objectivity to the overall rating.

The TopHotel Awards gala is not only a recognition of achievements but also an incentive for the further development of Romania's hospitality industry. On May 28, we, together with our industry colleagues, celebrated the successes and innovations that make Romanian hotels among the best in Europe.
