About 12 weeks ago I decided, I wanted to try & get a 6 pack for the holiday ??

After like 2-3 weeks of making excuses about why I can’t start this day or why I’m too busy on that day

I just had to get started…

I put a simple training plan together, ordered a few sups & create a rough meal plan

Then got to work ??

& it’s not been easy…

In that time, I have been to North Wales, traveled to France

Had a new staff member start, had to cover at the gym, had family members come down & stay, had a football night out

?? I’ve had to start really early some days, really late on other

I’ve had days off from training & several meals out that weren’t in the plan

But why am I telling you this??
