4D Simulation in Post-production
One of the benefits of having a #4Dmodel is visual control over the timing and progress of the work. We can predict in advance what possible problems on the site may occur during the sequence of construction assembly.
In addition, with different colours and markings, we can indicate what work has a "removal" status, and which work is currently being performed.

In such situations, every centimetre of space and the order in which the elements are performed, so as not to limit the space for other subcontractors, are very important.
For our client, we prepared a set of views taken from the #model that show what companies need to work together in a given area of the building. The benefit is that we can visually predict whether a particular company, has a sufficiently long work front, so as not to cause unnecessary costs by lack of work.?

The #4D model was also helpful during coordination meetings where the work progress was established and presented in front of the client, the work front for the coming weeks. Having already emphasized this in previous publications, not every investor can read technical drawings efficiently, so it is more understandable and intuitive to present the progress of work in the form of a #virtualsimulation.
#4Dsimulation can also be a component of documentation, or more precisely, a slice taken from the simulation that fits perfectly into long technical descriptions made, for example, during tenders. Remember that it is much easier to understand technical and technological aspects when the recipient, in addition to words, as an illustration, depicts difficult and specialized vocabulary more simply.?
Summarizing all the content, we would like to emphasize that the 4D model can be used at any stage of the investment, from the #tender where the contractor prepares descriptive documentation presenting to the ordering party how he expects to perform the #investment, to the control of the schedule during the acquisition.
