4D Planetary Display 4 Public Viewing

Could some sort of 4D model be made based on this photo? It would be a hit at a Planetarium or Science Center... even if only say 3 feet in diameter.

It would have some sort of magnetic [and mechanical] colored gel (s) that would be twirled around by solid and moving electromagnets, and a computer control for the "display".

Think of my plan like making a big 4D "video" display (which it could be).

What would look like a solid sphere would, in fact, be an active display "layer" 1/4 inch thin "skin" - with the control electronics inside.

Best if wirelessly powered and controlled - so no break or gap would exist in the visual model.

If some sort of "inverse" cathode ray tube, this display could be used to show other spherical object, like our galaxy.

IF it could be made huge, it could replace the current video projection displays used as planetariums. 30 feet plus may not be possible given a fixed .edu budget, but it might be affordable for Hollywood. Only a hemisphere would be used, of course.
