4C Factor That Innately Drives Humans

Mastering the art of motivation is effortless; The challenge lies in avoiding actions that deflate enthusiasm.

You see, companies do a lot to motivate their employees, there are celebrity nights, team outings, disconnected awards, bland appreciation emails, yet when you ask the employees, you always hear discontent in their voice.

The answer to it is simple. We do everything but forget the basic principle that drives humans. And, it's not "All that Jazz". I am not saying, all that shimmers is a bad thing, we all need a little fun. However, that has little to no role to play as organic human motivation.

The thing that drives humans are intrinsic human values, those are what I call The 4C factors that drive humans innately:

2. Conversation

3. Compassion

4. Cognition
