Do this program every day for seven weeks (49 days). Do it upon awakening and then again before bed. - Program by Darryl Anka
Each day has a different set of exercises and they are to be done as you look at yourself in the mirror (with the exception of Sunday's practice).
As you go through these practices, listen for what comes up inside of you. If there is any resistance as you go through this process, plan to take a deeper look at what is coming up for? you.?
Monday- Air/Breath
Tuesday- Water
Wednesday- Food (small bite/nibble)
Thursday-Love and encouragement-?
