49 day program to support your growth

Do this program every day for seven weeks (49 days). Do it upon awakening and then again before bed. - Program by Darryl Anka

Each day has a different set of exercises and they are to be done as you look at yourself in the mirror (with the exception of Sunday's practice).

As you go through these practices, listen for what comes up inside of you. If there is any resistance as you go through this process, plan to take a deeper look at what is coming up for? you.?

Monday- Air/Breath

  1. While looking in your eyes in the mirror, take a deep breath in and then exhale and say the following:

  1. I am a child of creation (3X)
  2. I am unique (3X)
  3. I am worthy (3X)

Tuesday- Water

  1. Look in the mirror, into your eyes and take a sip of water and then say the following (take a sip and swallow before saying each new phrase- not before each of the 3 times):

  1. I am Happy (3X)?
  2. I am Grateful (3X)
  3. I am Refreshed (3X)

Wednesday- Food (small bite/nibble)

  1. Before you start each new saying, take a small bite of food, chew, swallow and then look into your eyes in the mirror and say the following:

  1. I am Abundant (3X)
  2. I am Nurtured (3X)
  3. I am Fulfilled (3X)

Thursday-Love and encouragement-?

  1. Hug yourself with each statement while looking into your eyes in the mirror. Before you start the new statement, switch your arm position, i.e left over right and then right over left etc.

  1. I am Supported (3X)- switch arm position
  2. I am Guided (3X)- switch arm position
  3. I am Loved (3X)

Friday-Freedom

  1. Hold your arms outstretched away from you body and spin in a complete circle (you can switch directions if you choose to between each statement) and then repeat the statement three times while looking into your eyes in the mirror and say the following:

  1. I am Awake (3X)
  2. I am Powerful (3X)
  3. I am Free (3X)

Saturday- Passion

  1. While looking into your eyes in the mirror do the following:

  1. Say your favorite word- repeat 3 times
  2. Listen for (hear) your favorite sound- This can be internal or external. If you choose to bring something to make the noise or if you want to focus on what your favorite sound sounds like. Do it for 3 seconds.?
  3. See favorite image- You can bring a visual reminder (or the thing) or you can visualize it in your mind. Do this for 3 seconds.?

Sunday- Dream and Connect

  1. Close your eyes and repeat the following:

  1. I am Rested (3X)
  2. I am Connected (3X)
  3. My life is a Dream come True! (3X).?

Remember to do each day's activity once in the morning and then once at night. Every day for seven weeks (49 days). As you go through these exercises, be open to what new and wonderful things start to show up in your life.?
