2024 Milestone: $482MM+ Million in Successful Loan Closures

2024 was a milestone for us we successfully funded over 14 loan deals across various loan programs, and an incredible $482MM+ in total financing. These deals were a blend of returning clients and new partnerships, each one helping to drive the success of our clients' projects forward. Here are some of the major transactions we closed:

• $27.4MM Mixed-Use Retail Apartment Building deal in Texas.
• $10MM Multi-Family Apartment Acquisition Loan in California.
• $68MM LOC, Commercial Property Refinance & Commercial Property Acquisition loan in California.
• $32.5MM Bridge Loan in New Mexico.
• $65MM Ground-Up Construction Loan in California.

These landmark deals, all closed within the first quarter of 2024, set the tone for an exceptional year. In addition, we are excited to have launched our Online Business Model for Real Estate in the second quarter—a game-changer that streamlined our process and enabled us to better serve you.

A New Approach, More Success

The introduction of our Online Business Model for Real Estate Loans has already proven to be a pivotal moment for us. One of our first closed deals via this Business Model was a $54.75MM Business Acquisition and Term Loan in Ohio, followed closely by a time-sensitive $18.3MM Bridge Loan in California. We didn’t stop there, as we continued to close high-value deals such as:

• $30MM Senior Housing Deal in Louisiana.
• $6.5MM Commercial Property Refinance in Louisiana.
• A major $78MM Bridge Loan facilitating the acquisition of a multifamily portfolio, covering 27 properties across North Carolina, Florida, and Arizona.
• $28MM Loan to Fund New Retail Center.
• $13MM Luxury Hotel Construction Loan in Texas.
• $6MM and $8MM Hotel Refinance Loan.
• $37MM Loan for Multifamily Portfolio Acquisition in New York.
