?? That feeling when you first lose a lead to a "lot cheaper competitor" and in a month or two the lead re-signs up with you for another free trial... ??

# OF SHOPS PER DISTRICT
One of the perks of doing #commerce tech (i.e., working with shops selling stuff) is this one fun way to measure your market share in a country:
# of shops using your tech per district. ??
That count was hovering around 0-1 per district for Prisync | Dynamic Pricing when we first "physically" landed in the ???? UK market around late Q4 2022 - fast fwd to Q3-4 2023 - it hardly goes below 3, and it certainly is an excellent excuse for me to avoid the tube & walk around & bump into one of those Prisync-powered shops - even under heavy rain in some (or many) cases.

We're willing to max out that KPI (# of shops using your tech per district) by the end of this year, and I'll be personally across the UK hosting roundtables, expert dinners & workshops during September-October-November.
