How be more "Creative"?

I always wondered how is it that a few people are more creative than others.
At one point, I even tried to frantically check if I am a left-brained person or a right-brained to understand what are my chances of becoming "more creative".
After several years of searching for an answer to this question, I figured out this simple truth that is both profound and practical at the same time.
Creative people express their creativity more than others do.
So, essentially when you stop expressing your creativity, you end up becoming less creative.
Most people define creativity as a sort of "arts" work but the fact of the matter is that you might not have anything to do with what is traditionally called arts and you could still be creative.
If you ever had to imagine and say or do something new, you were being creative at that moment. It is as simple as that.
I strongly feel that creativity is not just the new productivity but it is also one of the biggest drivers that can help us connect deeply with our own selves and with other humans at a fundamental level.
Read the latest study from Adobe on the "Future of Creativity".
On that note, I want to ask you: How often do you express creativity?
The future of "Management"
Clay Christensen who is popularly known for the theory of disruptive innovation once said that "Management is the most noble of professions if it's practiced well. No other occupation offers as many ways to help others learn and grow, take responsibility and be recognized for achievement, and contribute to the success of a team."
Management is a force multiplier, it can either give you big returns or take you in the opposite direction of the growth path. You might be wondering how to be better at the art & science of management. One way is to keep learning about what is coming up.
Here is an interesting article on how "management" is evolving. Read if you want to prepare yourselves for the future. My takeaway from this article is that it is going to be more fluid, subtle, flexible, collaborative and proactive.

Making work feel effortless, a TEDx talk by Sneha
I got to know Sneha Mandala , thanks to LinkedIn, but more than getting to connect with a stranger, I liked her journey for her commitment to growth, ability to stick to an idea and keenness to go against all odds.
Sneha gave her first TEDx talk a few months back and it was released a couple of days before and already more than 44,000 people have watched it. Maybe you should check it out too, it is really about how to help you and your employees make "the work" feel effortless.
Book(s) Discovery:
The Art of Dealing With People: If you are struggling to work with people, this book is for you. It helps you to understand the human ego, listen better, communicate effectively and really think creatively about human relations.
Here are a few lines I loved from the book:
The reason 90% of people fail in life is a failure to deal successfully with people.
Do you agree with it?
Whether we like it or not, people are here to stay.
Such a simple yet profound insight, right?
Influencing people is an art, not a gimmick.
If you are keen to learn this art, check out this book.
