100% truth !!! So hard implementing quality services design in australia with such a disconnect with the owner / end user. Developers & builders here have been holding onto as old plauseable deniability direction for to long to allow cost cutting and incompetent design & specifications but that road is coming to an end with bim & service penetration software management.
