3 年42 is a great learning model for very autonomous people. It's also quite long & expensive : 3 years average time to job readiness. There are more efficient learning models to enable the tech industry : tech bootcamps have shown their effectiveness all over the world (see World Bank 2020 Study on bootcamps or Christensens institute 2019 case studies on US bootcamps) We've proved the concept in Morocco with the great success of 42 school (branded 1337) and 3W Academy.
