Evidently, Work From Home is giving employees a hard time. Listed reasons being blurred silver lining between professional and personal life.
Here are certain cues that will help you with the stress
1. Set boundaries: Observe how you are currently spending time, which is giving you ample uninvited stress. After introspection, create a schedule for dedicating yourself to performing one activity at a time.
2. Commitment: Prioritise important tasks, and by hook or crook ensure to check them off the list daily. It could be committing time to take your dog for a walk, dinner with family, or even completing work goals.
3. Learn to say NO: Hesitancy to deny things you don't want to do will make stress unhesitantly knock your door. When you want to get some rest instead of chitchat with your colleagues or friends cancel their plans.
4. Sleep Cycle: Adults are recommended to get 7-9 hours of sleep daily. Set yourself free from all the clutter before your sleep time. And when your mind notifies you of sleeping, listen to it.
5. Working space: Create an environment where you have a corner allotted to work from. Dedicate this as your working space. Replicate the timings you used to spend in the office and allocate the same duration while working from home. Wearing office attire also seems to have a significant impact on your work.
6. Meditation: Pull yourself together when everything gets mind-boggling. Mediating for some time, stretching in between work time keeps you sane.
