5. Fitness: Hiking, Running, or CrossFit

For me, fitness is hiking, running, or CrossFit. Make fitness a part of your daily routine by finding activities you enjoy and staying consistent. Physical fitness improves your physical health, reduces stress, and boosts your mood. Regular exercise also builds discipline and resilience, which can be applied to other areas of your life.
