40 Hazardous Chemicals Added to EU Export Control List

The EU's Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation now includes 40 additional chemicals, 35 of which are pesticides and 5 are industrial chemicals. This implies that companies must inform authorities before exporting these substances effective from the beginning, March 1st, 2025.
