Compressed Air - Being one of costliest utility its usage increased day by day basis. On demand side min 10% to max 50% (vary on case to case basis) compressed air used for cleaning, cooling, moving, sorting, blowing, aerating, washing, de-greasing, etc.,

Drawback in open blowing & traditional nozzles

In most of existing system above applications fulfill by either guns with 2-3mm nozzle or 6mm, 8mm or 10mm PU hoses which consumes huge air consumption & low blow off. When the blowing is carried out with a free exhaust pipe, the distribution of the blowing force is irregular and the flow is turbulent, resulting in inefficient cleaning or blowing.Due to in-efficient spraying involves irregular blowing and also it is not possible to determine a homogeneous flow along the blowing length which impact high air consumption.

After done lot of field study on these application finally Ikeuchi Air Nozzles are energy efficient & economical. Pressure drop across Ikeuchi nozzles are very low compared to traditional nozzles & open pipes. And also min 35% to max 60% of air reduction achieved in most of cleaning & blowing applications.
