4 Ways to make your Wednesday More Productive

Monday and Tuesday have come and gone, and it's the middle of the week officially. Congratulations on getting it through halfway!

Here's how to make your Wednesday go as smoothly as possible when it's easy to lose momentum— before you know it, Friday is going to knock on your door already.

1. Do the hard tasks first!

  • Unproductive people consider every reason in the world to make another to - do list priority over digging into their most difficult tasks. The opposite is done by productive people.

2. Think of yourself as someone else

  • To help decrease your stress, place some space between you and your problems. Imagine that your mate is in the situation instead if that doesn't work for you.

3. Head outside for a walk

  • Although allowing your eyes to glaze over as you work through the day may be a tempting option (kidding), you may need to take some time off your desk to really concentrate. So go outside for a quick walk and a breath of fresh air.

4. Plan out the next day

  • Make a list of all your activities, meetings, and responsibilities for the day ahead before you go to sleep. Start by taking time to organize your phone calls and meetings. From there, in order of priority, you can fill in any free hours with the tasks of the day.

For some of us, well, for most of us, Wednesdays can be extremely lazy. Truth is, it's mid-week, and most of us are expecting the weekend. Even if you enjoy what you're doing, Wednesdays are usually long and exhausting. On a lazy Wednesday, efficiency can be particularly hard. Sometimes we just have to relax and learn how to be productive
