4 Ways to Know If Your Team is Really Working

4 ways to know if your team is really working

We work in a global business environment where team members are often dispersed throughout the globe working remotely and it's hard to know sometimes if they're really working.

So, I've developed a four-point checklist that I've shared with many of my clients. I'm going to share with you today to help you know if they're really working.

If you can say yes to all 4 of these, you can rest easily at night to know your team is on task.

1: Do they meet their deadlines?

2: When they meet their deadlines, are they actually meeting it with quality work?

Pretty important one, right?

3: Are they on time to scheduled meetings?

Especially the meetings that you've scheduled.

4: Do their team, their customers, you, does everyone know how to actually get in touch with them?

So, if you can say yes to meeting deadlines, meeting the deadlines with quality work, on-time to scheduled meetings and that everyone can actually get in touch with them, then you can rest easy that your team is actually getting their work done and they are on task.
