4 Ways To Channel Your Energy Into Creating a Positive Future

When you’re in the midst of dealing with a whole bunch of stuff that life throws at you, it can be tough to see beyond it all.

Whether it's stress at home, in your career, financial struggles, health issues....

You might feel like you'll never prevail. We all have our own personal struggles. And while of course we have to face them at some point or another, we know that the more power you give to those stressors, the things you don't want to attract, the more you’ll attract them.

So the question is, how do you deal with the things you’re going through, and still concentrate on channeling your energy and focus into creating a positive future for yourself? 

While it might feel impossible in the moment, it's certainly possible. Here are FOUR things you can do to put yourself in the right mindset to attract the life you want, regardless of what you’re dealing with in the present moment:

  1. Create space for gratitude. Gratitude is the doorway to achieving everything and anything you want. When you’re in a space of doubt, lacking, scarcity, fear or frustration, you continue to get more of those things. But, emotionally connecting to the abundance that you already have, in life and in business, is the first step in making the mental shift of creating a positive future. 
  2. Get clarity on what you want. Are you clear on EXACTLY what it is that you want? So many people are 100% clear on everything they DON’T want, or the things that frustrate or bother them. Yet, when you ask them to paint a picture of the life they want: they couldn’t tell you the specifics. And, how can you possibly attract and build something when you’re not clear on what exactly that looks like? 
  3. Create a strong, visual connection to the things you want to attract and achieve. Whether it’s writing down your goals, or creating a vision board and putting it somewhere that you can see it every single day: having something physical that you can connect with, that represents everything you’re working toward, will help you envision the big wins. The end goals. It will encourage you to think about what it'll feel like once you attain them. Get physically and emotionally connected to your end goals. 
  4. Align your actions with the outcome. We all want to believe that everything we’re doing is putting us in line with our desired outcomes. And as hard as you might work, that’s not always the case. Just because you’re working hard, doesn’t mean that you’re taking action that’s in direct alignment with those outcomes. You could be working on all the wrong things, or in the wrong way, or on projects and tasks that’ll take you in another direction. Taking honest inventory of your actions is a critical part of the process. Ask yourself: did the actions you took TODAY set you up for future success? 

Remember: even though we all have our own struggles and challenges, you can absolutely STILL take intentional steps to create space each day for reflection, vision casting, and focusing on the positive outcomes that you want to create for yourself.
