On International Day of Yoga, #IDY2023, a mammoth 24-hour non-stop LIVE conclave was organized by #IndiaMexico Forum under the visionary leadership of Darshan Patel Sir, Founder of #thecircleoflegends and IndiaMexico ! It included informative presentations by a large number of experts from over 20 countries on Yoga, Spirituality, Health, and Self Development.
I had opportunity to contribute in this mega event with a presentation on "4 Quotients of Total Health". I am presenting the saleint points of my presentation here that was based on some concepts from my book,"Who Am I?- A Guide to Discover Your True S.E.L.F."

Usually, a healthy person is assumed to be one who is free from any diseases or physical injury. However, if we define a healthy person holistically, it is one who is physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy.
Thus, it is vitally imporrtant to understand that for holistic well-being, we have to develop all four components: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional & Spiritual.
Following are some of the aspects related to each of these four components:
a) Physical: Body/Actions/Strength/Energy Level/Confidence
b) Intellectual: Mind/Thoughts/Words/Expressions/Qualifications/Memory
c) Emotional: Heart/Emotions/Feelings/Relationships/Self Control/Maturity
d) Spiritual: Soul/ Ethical Conduct/Compassion/ Integrity/Credibility/Values
Definitely, Yoga helps not only in improving the physical Body, but also enhances capabilities of individual over his or her Mind, Heart & Spirit.

Hence, I have coined the phrase 4T's for Self Transformation as:
I invite readers to go through my book, "Who Am I?" to have a lot of self introspection & exploration, to achieve Self Transformation.
