In my work with learning professionals, I’ve found that our physical environment greatly influences our willingness to experiment and try new things. That's why I've developed special #TrustTheProcess tags in Canva. These tags can be used to physically designate spaces for experimentation, creating areas where we can freely test, discover, and learn without the fear of failure.

Why should we experiment?

Experimentation is not just the key to innovation; it’s also a way to find serendipity—the unexpected, valuable discoveries that emerge when we explore the unknown. By creating a safe space for experiments, we open the door to new insights and creative solutions. Just like the jam session for invites only. My son asked his brother to join him unexpectedly. And overcoming shyness they rocked the house together. And since then he is unstoppable in making music with his brother.
