4 TRENDS EVERY LEADER NEEDS TO KNOW - AND THEY'RE NOT IN ANY FORUM!

When I started taking online yoga classes in 2014, no one quite understood how it worked. When the pandemic hit, DeRose was more than prepared. Today, I believe you may have experienced some form of virtual class.

When I launched the "Be the CEO of Your Life" course in 2017 in the Middle East for affluent women, and later in 2019 at the Casa do Saber in S?o Paulo, I considered the emerging global entrepreneurship wave (which was still in its infancy at the time) and opened my business growth consultancy in Kuwait.

When I posted here on LinkedIn in 2018 about a training I created focused on Mindfulness, few knew what it was. I believe it has impacted you in some way nowadays. When I started female discussion and listening circles based on Theory U in Kuwait that same year, I had to get approval from a male council to ensure it wasn't a women's uprising. It was a success! Hundreds of women participated in these circles across the Arab world, attracting the attention of major media outlets in the region.

When I proposed to a French luxury retail group in 2019 to place a mascot robot as a store butler, "avatarising" human service and generating brand engagement, they thought it was too bold because "technology and luxury don't mix." A year later, robots were dominating hospitals and retail due to the pandemic.

And finally, when I posted about my training in Ericksonian Hypnosis in 2024, few people understood the real function of the tool for direct communication with the subconscious and unlocking rational brain objections. Aggressive marketing is still unfamiliar with this tool.

All this to prepare you for what comes next:

I believe we need to be one step ahead of the movements because, when they emerge, the seed should already have been planted to yield fruitful harvests quickly.

Here are 4 movements I see gaining strength worldwide:

1. Strong brands connect and act from the heart.

2. Every brand (corporate and personal) needs to be systemic.

3. No leader will sustain power without a holosystemic worldview.

4. Businesses will need to understand how to connect technology and wisdom to thrive.
