Summer is coming to an end, and sellers thinking about listing their home in our fall or winter market are coming out of the woodwork. Even if you plan to wait until winter to sell, it’s never too early to start preparing, and today’s four tips will ensure that you get the process moving in the right direction. My first recommendation is to have photographers over to take listing photos of your home sometime in early fall.
