2 年Great, Jacob! I especially liked the third item! I believe that we can all create our own luck and that's what determines success, which is always individual and different for each one.

2 年I completely, respectfully, disagree with this. I find it outdated and missing connection. Successful people know their worth, go where they are valued, understand that many things in this life are out of their control and that luck has nothing to do with success.

2 年Jacob Morgan the 4 things is so true. But it can also be detrimental if not managed properly, especially No. 1. Taking up projects that nobody wants to do may seem like great way to show that we're willing to solve the problem, this will soon becomes a "habit" for the organization. How would you do to address this problem?
