If a prospect contacts you about your Recruitment/Search services because they're unable to find top performers... ??
Do not, I repeat, do not let them dictate how you deliver that service... ?
You're the expert; whatever way they're used to doing it clearly isn't working; otherwise, why would they be speaking with you? ??
They're simply not qualified to tell you how to do your job or how you should deliver the outcome they're unable to achieve without your help... but many clients or potential clients will try... ??
The way you deliver your service should already be set up to get the client the best possible result, right? ?
So changing it just because the client says so makes it less likely they get their desired outcome... You're not only doing yourself a disservice but them too... ??
Case in point...
Had a prospect reach out to me a few days ago because his marketing wasn't working, he wasn't booking enough sales calls, and, therefore, wasn't winning enough clients...

And on the call, before we even get into it, he decides to give feedback on our marketing, criticizing what we do currently and giving advice on how we should do things going forward...
Don't get me wrong... I'm all for improving the way we do things, BUT I'm only going to take advice from people qualified to give it...
And you should be the same! ??
Your clients are the expert in whatever it is they do but you're the expert when it comes to finding them the best candidates... Make sure everyone stays in their lane and both parties will ultimately be happy... ??????
