4 STRATEGIES TO MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM IS NOTICED
Tip for the week! It's time for another exciting edition of...
Swift Staffing Group's Tip. This week, We're focusing on: 4 STRATEGIES TO MAKE SURE YOUR TEAM IS NOTICED
1
Use all the opportunities available to you. Conversations at the water cooler can get your team’s accomplishments noticed just as much as a formal presentation can.
2
Know what’s important to emphasize. Discussing a skill or milestone that doesn’t really reflect your team members’ strengths won’t boost the team in a significant way.
3
Brag about facts. General compliments for your team and other kinds of fluff aren’t going to help you as much as concrete accomplishments, even if they’re small.
4
Avoid public criticism. Saying something negative about a team member—even in an informal way and even for a purpose (and even if it’s not technically lashon hara)—may stick with those who hear it in a way you can’t anticipate.
