4 Step Email Follow-Up System
Are you not getting enough sales after an email? Or struggling with email follow-ups? I have got you covered!
In this post, we'll talk about the four steps you can use to create a follow-up email system that will get more sales for your business.
Start from here -
You need to decide what type of business you have. Do you have a physical product or service? What does that mean for your follow-up system?
A physical product is probably best handled by sending an OFFER email ahead of the sale and a THANK YOU afterward.?
If you're selling a service, such as an app download or a consultation call, then you'll want to send a series of emails before and after the sale.
Which is called Sequencing.
The purpose of creating and following a sequence is to keep track of what is actually happening and be able to respond appropriately.
Four Steps??
First -
Don't force the issue when following up your first email; just gently remind them of your stuff and let them know you are thinking of them, sound as if they were thinking about it, but brush it off.
Second -
If it fails, you can follow up the first follow-up attempt by sending them a tempting email. Try to entice them with more information about your product and offer them a deal to close the sale. You should emphasize all the benefits of your product Fourth - or service in this email.
Third -
Use more emotion and connect with the reader in the third follow-up email, demonstrating that your product is primarily for their benefit. You can show your care by telling them their problem in detail.
Fourth -

Last but not least, let them know of the final details of whatever offers or offers you've made, such as when spots will fill up fast or deadlines.
# Bonus notes for you -???
It is said that "People read the headlines" - This is true, and the headline is the first and last impression; make sure it is attractive and presentable.
Imperative - ??
Consider what kind of content works best in your industry. For example, if your industry is technology-focused, like software engineering or web design, then it could be helpful to send out regular updates on how things are going in your company as well as customer success stories or customer feedback.?
However, if your industry is more customer-facing (like accounting, consultation calls), then it might make more sense to send out emails that focus on how great the customer experience was during their time with you and what they liked about working with you!
Learned something new? I guess yes!
Awesome? Awesome!
All the best! ??
