4 Simple Hacks For Increasing Sales, Becoming More Healthy, Feeling Happier And 1,200% More Intelligent. Seriously.

I'm sure you hear lots of generic theories and concepts about different ways to increase sales or loose weight. You've seen the late night magic pill TV commercials that promise lazy people body transformation without them having to actually do anything or read generic articles that just regurgitate common practices. Here are 4 specific, legal, tactical things you can do immediately that actually work amazingly. 

Here's the first hack. Before you go to sleep tonight, get out an outfit to run or walk in tomorrow morning. Set an alarm for 1 to 2 hours earlier than you ordinarily get up. When your alarm goes off tomorrow morning, count out the numbers 1, 2, 3. No matter how much you hate it, no matter how you try to validate sleeping longer, get up and get out of bed right on 3. Not one snooze. No selling yourself on your excuses or even allowing 5 more minutes. The hack about 3 seconds is that you prevent from having enough time to come up with all the reasons to cancel your plan. 1, 2, 3 up. Put on the outfit you set out close to your bed and go run or walk. I do 2 miles.

Hack 2... When you go on your morning run or walk, think of every single thing that you’re thankful for. Say thank you for each of your family members, feel gratitude for whatever went well yesterday, feel gratitude for your ability to breathe, for your motivation to get up early and run or walk, for physically being able to run or walk when others can't, remember and feel gratitude for your favorite memories etc. The hack is that you can't feel anxious and grateful at the exact same time. It's physically impossible, like a temperature being both hot and cold or a light being both on and off at the same time.  If you think you do feel grateful and anxious at the same time, you are just thinking of things but not feeling grateful for them.

Pick music that makes you feel "awesome-er" on your run. It's a word. The combination of great music mixed with that gratitude, mixed with physical exercise literally causes biological and chemical changes in your brain and body that are more effective than most medications. It lasts for hours and hours too.

The 3rd hack is to take emotion out of business. Imagine mentally hollowing out yourself to become completely void of any and all emotion other than the emotions that serve you and that you get value out of. Make a conscious decision right now that from now on, if a prospective customer or client doesn't want your product or service or they don't return your calls ...that you feel nothing. You become void of emotion from it. When you begin working, become like a raft that's filled only with air. Become completely numb, robotic and mechanical to everything other than the emotions that are beneficial to you. If it serves you, yes, do feel it. If a feeling doesn't help you, do not experience it. It takes time to develop that muscle of taking emotion out of it, but it is a game changer. You'll discard the fear of rejection, the fear of failure and you'll keep going and going and going when otherwise you would have begun giving yourself excuses instead of continuing to take massive action. Imagine if you never gave yourself excuses like checking email again instead of tackling the bigger more scary opportunities. Imagine not giving yourself excuses for not getting up 2 hours earlier tomorrow morning.

The 4th hack is a legal way for you to increase your mental acuity by 1,200%. As smart as you are, you are not as smart as a dozen other equally smart or even smarter people all combined together brainstorming and solving your problems for you. Imagine if the next time you were trying to determine how to solve a tough challenge, you could hit a button and expand your brain to be able to instantly match the power of 12-16 really smart, driven entrepreneurs and CEOs all combined together.
