Let's talk about four reasons why meditation will improve your life and ultimately your business and how you perform professionally.
In a world where we are faced with so many obstacles, stresses and frustrations (why does it have to be so negative), you MUST MUST MUST relieve that pressure! Meditation has a profound effect on how we go through our lives and it must be practiced consistently. Imagine meditation to the mind like food is to the body. We need food (and the proper food no less) to fuel our bodies. We take care of our bodies - why not take care of our minds as well?

Meditation causes the pituitary gland to secret endorphins that raise our moods and have a positive effect on our bodies. It changes brain activity to enhance the area of the body to have positive emotional experiences. How amazing is that?

It makes sense right? Think about it. Mediation is shown to reduce blood pressure both short term and long term. Decreasing the psychological stress can increase your coping ability which allows for blood pressure to decrease and ensuring a healthier life. Let's be heart healthy!

Yes, you read that right! Long term meditation practice can lead to physical changes in the brain that help alter the perception of pain. People that meditate will experience lower pain sensitivity. What a wonderful way to relieve pain naturally!
