?Median for each of the 2 Parameters taken & classified as those above the Median – High & Those Below the Median - Low
High Skill High Will (Green) - Leave them alone ; Low Skill Low Will (Red) - Work on them . The Leader of the Unit has to personally handhold them
High Skill Low Will (Yellow) - Lazy Drive them ; Low Skill High Will (Yellow) - Hard workers Train them - Training team has to work on them after proper Training Need Identification
