Regardless of age, movement is crucial. It's not just about exercise; it's about keeping your body's waste elimination system in top gear. Move, and you help your body move waste toward the exit.
4. Sleep:
Quality sleep isn't a luxury; it's a necessity. A good night's rest ensures you wake up refreshed, alert, and ready to tackle the day. Feeling groggy in the mornings? It's time to take action—your health depends on it.
