Myth #3: Self-Development is Selfish

Others may tell you that time spent perfecting yourself is selfish. The truth is, that self-development benefits not only you but also everyone around you. You become more productive, empathetic, and effective when you improve yourself.

Myth #4: One-Size-Fits-All

The great thing about self-improvement is that you can tailor it to meet your needs. Just because your neighbor spends an hour a day at the gym doesn’t mean you have to.
