#4: KPMG
KPMG is a leading professional services firm with a rich history of providing audit, tax, and advisory services to businesses around the globe for over a century. In collaboration with the Digital Revamp team, we have undertaken a comprehensive rebranding effort to highlight KPMG's unwavering strength and adaptability in the face of an ever-evolving world.
About the Company
KPMG is one of the "Big Four" accounting firms, along with Deloitte, EY, and PwC. Founded in 1870, KPMG has grown into a global network of professional services firms that operate in over 150 countries. The company's services range from audit and tax to advisory and consulting, with a focus on helping clients navigate complex business challenges.
The Branding Problem Definition
KPMG's previous logo featured blue and white squares arranged in a pattern that represented a globe. The logo was distinctive, but it had been in use for over 30 years and was beginning to look outdated. KPMG's branding had also become associated with a traditional and somewhat conservative image, which was at odds with the company's innovative approach to business.
KPMG needed a re-brand to reflect the company's strengths and adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment. The old logo looked dated and did not reflect the company's modern, innovative approach to business. The company needed a new brand that would inspire confidence and empower change in all that it does.
Our Re-Brand of KPMG
The new KPMG logo features a rearrangement of the existing squares, creating a visual metaphor for a target that represents quality and service excellence. To give KPMG a more contemporary and trendy appearance, we've updated the color scheme by replacing the previous white with a bold and eclectic shade of blue. This change will help KPMG stand out and convey a fresh, modern image. We have updated the typography to a sturdy sans-serif font, which reflects the strength of the brand in a world where rapid change and unprecedented disruption are the new normal.

The new icon too aims to breathe fresh air into the brand and reflect KPMG's innovative approach to business. The rearranged squares create a dynamic and forward-thinking visual that represents the company's commitment to excellence and innovation. The new blue color represents growth and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
We have also created new branding materials, including banners and promotional materials, that reflect the new brand identity. These materials use the new logo, icon, and typography to create a cohesive and modern look for the company.
To sum up
KPMG's re-branding process was necessary to reflect the company's innovative approach to business and to breathe fresh air into its branding. The new logo, icon, and branding materials create a cohesive and modern look for the company, while still reflecting its commitment to quality and service excellence. The new branding is a visual representation of the company's adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment and its ability to inspire confidence and empower change in all that it does.
