4 key resources from the week

As a new month begins and social distancing continues, I’m trying to focus on all the silver linings, like being able to spend this time with my loved ones. I hope you are all focused on your silver linings, whatever they may be.

I know it can be overwhelming to keep up with everything we release each week, so I’m going to use today’s email to recap all of the useful resources we provided in just the last 5 days.

1. Legal guidance on the CARES Act. The Compass Legal team “sat down” virtually with some legal experts at Goodwin Procter LLP to discuss the CARES Act, specifically focusing on items most interesting for you and answering common questions. 2. Digital Assets featuring Real Estate Trends. The team created a CNBC Stats Digital Newsletter and Social Assets that highlight the real estate search data I referenced in my CNBC interview earlier in the week.

4. Learn from Great Agents Who Are Safely Selling Homes. Yesterday Skye Michiels hosted a virtual Cocktails & Conversation around “Solutions to Sell Real Estate NOW.” If you missed it, click here to watch the recording.
