  • Are any of my sales channels under-developed? Particularly repeat customers or rehashing appointments that did not close. Now is the perfect time to implement a plan to grow the percentage of revenue you are winning from repeat business or rehashed leads.
  • How happy am I with my vendors? Wintertime is a great time to evaluate vendor relationships - if you see any are consistently not meeting expectations, make a plan to swap them out for a higher performer.
