In this blog article, I have gathered four hacks that you can incorporate in your life for quality sleep, staying hydrated, exercising, and journaling. Quality Sleep (7-8 hours a day):
Sleep is often underestimated in its role in our physical and mental health. Adequate sleep is crucial for cognitive function, mood regulation, and overall performance.
