My acceptance speech at the Business Impact awards hosted by Greater Phoenix Chamber last Wednesday revolved around the following:

Corporate/Business success is possible if you:

1. Place Purpose before Profits

2. Place People before Process

3. Place Culture before Strategy

4. Place Stakeholders before Shareholders

If the above four pillars can be incorporated into the vision, mission, goals and objectives there are more chances to succeed in this competitive age.
