"4 Easy Steps to A Good Headline."

A headline can be likened to a neon sign showing any passer-by there is a business here, providing a service or product… The words on that neon sign increase the number of people who stop at the business because the message on the sign speaks directly to them.

Here are 4 steps which will get you on your way to creating headlines that attract your kind of client…

Check them out.

#1 Use what the business’s product or service does as the main idea behind the headline.

Write down the main idea and what your product or service does (only write both if they are different).

For example:  If you have an Audi Specialist garage, the main idea behind the business could be Audi trained technicians at lower prices.

#2 Work on putting the headline into a sentence that makes sense:

Similar to:

"Audi Specialist Garage, we have Audi dealer trained technicians at lower prices than the dealer.”

#3 Now edit the headline and try to make it more customer focused… Think in terms of their interest, coming from their angle – dealing with their pain or problem.

Like this:

“Your Audi serviced and maintained, close to dealer standards with a cost saving in your pocket that is far better…”

And better still:

“Your Audi serviced and maintained, close to dealer standards with a huge cost saving in your pocket…”

#4 Now, let it simmer for an hour minimum and come back and read it... You’ll know if it’s ready..

If not ready, you’ll have a fresh perspective from which to edit accordingly.

The reason you let it simmer, is your subconscious needs time to process the headline and come up with suggestions to make it better.

When you have the headline completed, get it placed front, top and center of your advert to draw more people in.

If you are currently not using headlines in your adverts and marketing, get started right away.
