We reflect upon this eventful year.


Success and failure two sides of a coin,

Opportunities abound if you were keen to join.

The reduced workweek revolution has already begun,

Nowhere to hide nowhere to run.

Employees are hopeful for a better year,

Employers switching between bravery and fear.

A reduced workweek is not for all industries,

This myth to be debunked with a few well-placed intricacies.

2024 we planned and tested,

2025 we execute to be well-rested.
