Agile team discussion are there for a reason. Furthermore, to improve the performance of your team, you need to help them grow. you not just have to identify their hidden talents as a leader but you have to find a way to bring those hidden talents to light. Let them be creative, listen to them and let their geniuses shine. You as a leader is responsible to transform their concepts into concrete and valuable outputs.
