- Motivation: Mindset and Finding Your Why It all starts with your mindset. Understanding why you want to make changes in your life is crucial for sustained motivation. What drives you? What are your goals and aspirations? Finding your "why" provides the fuel to keep pushing forward even when the going gets tough. Your Why's should be the motivation for choosing to move more, eat healthier and use your coach. To give you some context here are a few examples of my WHYs. So That I can have energy after I get done with work to play with my 7 kids. So That I can be God's like to others and help motivate, encourage and inspire others to live their best life. So That I can be fit and healthy as my kids get older and for my future grandkids. These are all driving forces that HELP me be choose to make a choice to move more and eat healthier. Each choice I make has eventually led to daily habits which is my LIFEstyle.
- A Fitness Plan Physical activity is the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle. With learning our WHYs we now know we need to move for a reason. Because time is precious, I recommend a resistance training program because it will help you gain lean muscle while you are losing body fat in the shortest amount of time. Moving is essential to your life changing. If you don't use it...you will lose it so make a plan now to starting using your body and moving more. I just recommend 20-35 minutes a day of movements because it is a very realistic amount of time to make it a part of you LIFEstyle.
- A Nutrition Plan with Fasting Components Nutrition plays a pivotal role in overall well-being. I advocate for a nutrition plan that integrates fasting components for its simplicity, effectiveness, and sustainability. When done correctly, can not only aid in weight management but also improve metabolic health and promote longevity.
- Accountability Accountability is key to staying on course and achieving lasting results. The studies have shown that you chances of achieving a goal increases to 42% if you write down your goal. It increases to 76% if you check in with someone weekly. Then if you have an accountability coach that specializes in a particular area, that number increase to almost 100%. That alone should be motivation enough to find an accountability coach to help support and motivate you. You want a coach that will be with you every step of the way, providing guidance, support, and accountability. A coach that will celebrate your victories, overcome challenges, and make necessary adjustments to keep you on track towards your goals.
