4 Common Reasons Your Facebook Ads Are Not Converting
There’s no question that?Facebook Ads can be an effective marketing tool , but all too often, businesses find their ads not generating a positive conversion rate. So what’s going wrong? In this blog, we will look at some of the common reasons Facebook Ads are not converting and offer tips on how to fix them.?
4 Common Reasons Your Facebook Ads Are Not Converting
Audience Targeting Issues
With?2.9 billion monthly active users worldwide , you’d think this is an advantage when running ads. The more people who see your ads, the better chances you can convert. Although this statement may be partially true, running ads should involve a?strategy . It’s about targeting the right audience – those who will likely find your products and services valuable to them.
The good thing is, Facebook allows you to create a?custom audience . The results, however, are only as effective as the information provided. An ideal custom audience is based on at least 1000 pieces of information (customer list, hits to a landing page, video views etc). The key here is using the right data to create custom audiences and then using these audiences strategically.
Ad Budget Is Too Low
It’s quite simple. YES, you can work with small budgets when it comes to Facebook Ads – AS LONG AS… you’re happy with small results. When your budget isn’t big enough for the audience you are targeting or for what you’re trying to achieve then campaigns won’t deliver.?
For example, if you are launching a campaign for webinar sign-ups and know that the cost per sign up sits around $10-20. If we were to set our budget at $1 a day it would take on average 10-20 days to receive ONE sign up.

Creatives, Images and Videos
Your Facebook Ads need to cut through the newsfeed quickly and be as engaging and exciting as when your BFF posts on their News Feed. The goal is to always strive for authenticity and realness when it comes to creatives.?
You want to make the entire experience for your audience feel natural and make them feel connected. Using beautiful imagery and videos can help evoke the emotions you want them to feel and often strong creative can be the make or break for whether a campaign is a success or not.
