March is starting; the time continues to fly, and Hiire continues to grow. That’s a short summary of this newsletter, but stay tuned because we have a lot of news.
After more than 2 months of reaching out to new clients, doing meetings, and sending proposals, we landed 2 awesome clients. Clients with very different profiles but who are very aligned with our vision and mission.
B2B
Let’s start with Secil, a huge Portuguese company that we partnered with to find the right talent to empower them in their Digital Transformation.
One of my targets, when I started Hiire, was helping non-tech companies to find great tech talent. I never thought I’d start with a brilliant company like Secil.
We are in the process of identifying one Product Manager and one Agile coach (more info at the end). We’ve already sent the first qualified candidates and are delighted with the results. However we are always interested in meeting new and great talent, the processes are not close, feel free to apply.
Funny story, our relationship with Secil started with a past candidate that I rejected for a job in a previous company. Maintaining relationships is key, a candidate that wasn’t fit at the time is now one of my favourite clients.
2nd, it is also a big one. We started to work with Zharta, an NFT loan platform in the Web3 space. When I started Hiire we really wanted to help the web3 business but the market slowed down last year. It is not booming 100% but the right companies continue to grow. Zharta has a lot of potential with a great product, inspiring founders, and a skilled engineering team.
We are focused on helping their engineering team grow with 1 Senior and 1 mid-level Frontend developer, and 1 mid-level backend.
Do you dare to join the Web3 space? The time is now to gain skills in an industry that is forming and evolving every day.
Those were the new ones. Regarding “old” ones:
We’ve finished the content for Ironhack, I hope you saw our content and the impact of the brand. It was great to produce videos for them.

And we continue our work with:
Letras Binárias. Jorge and his e-commerce business continue growing, and we hired one more react native for their team. So far, so good.
We also created a Job Offer template and we slowly but steadily improved their candidate experience.
JAy! onboarded 3 people in February and they will onboard 1 more in March. More roles to be done in the future.
B2C
We are rebuilding our coaching program and have a more Career Advisory focus.
We will do a live event on March 21st to announce the program and share more information. (not online yet, you are the first ones to know!)
