4 Basic Business Needs
Does it get any simpler than this??Businesses today has just four basic needs.?They are:
Customers – The ability to identify individuals or other businesses that would be in the market for the products or services they offer. Customers may be grouped within various markets or market segments, but in the end, they are nothing more than the consumers of a product you provide.
?Workers/Employees – The ability to deliver a good product or service depends upon the individuals employed by the business to produce and deliver your product.?It doesn’t matter if it takes just one individual or thousands of diversly talented individuals, no product produces or sells itself.?The quality and efficiency of workers or employees is absolutely essential to delivery of both products and services.
?Money – It starts with an investment and the anticipation of return, and follows through a wild pathway of the flow of dollars essential to the business. Revenues are a foundational objective of business.?Without them there can be no workers, raw products, manufacturing equipment, or other components of business. They begin with investments and the anticipation of return and must be positive or grow over time.
?Leadership Vision – Someone must have a vision, a plan and the ability to take risks for business to form and continue.?This vision can be combined with business savvy and knowledge, but the real key is an idea and the belief that someone will pay real money for the resulting product.
The TRUTH of Business comes in finding the way to meet these needs!
