With the primary air barrier (Zip R-12) panel and the windows installed, it was time to test the integrity of our air barrier so we can continue and wrap this residence up - literally. Note - the concrete slab and the upper level ceiling drywall complete the air barrier........great job Kent Hicks Construction!!!!

Have you looked at any of my work - overhangs typically range from 22" to 30". I get it. Not every vlient can afford a porch, or even wants one. Please let me know of a cleaner - "acceptable" way to clean the air, I'm always up for learning, thank you.
