3XO welcomes Andrew Kinder to the team

We are excited to welcome Andrew Kinder to 3XO. Andrew has over 30 years' experience across reward, talent and generalist HR and brings considerable advisory and practical knowledge to the team. After a successful career in consulting, Andrew moved in-house, taking on senior leadership roles within large global financial institutions, based in Australia, Asia and now in the UK. Andrew's experience in compensation and benefits experience is complemented by skills in performance management, organisation design, talent development and HR business partnering; he is also a registered psychologist (Australia).
