Sale Structure and Token Economy
Verifier Node Sale was structured in 40 tiers with the valuation spread being 100M$-1B$. Node keys are locked for 1 year after purchase with 25% of the whole supply dedicated to node runners with $veCARV rewards falling every 6 months at a 25% rate.
$CARV is the native utility token of the CARV ecosystem, used for transactions within the platform and data ownership. It facilitates gas payments across blockchains and purchases of gaming assets. Through staking, $CARV can be converted to $veCARV at a 1:1 ratio for governance. $veCARV is used in CARV Protocol governance and the ‘Infinite Play’ P2E system. Users can redeem $veCARV back to $CARV at varying rates, with longer periods yielding higher rates (up to 100%). Unclaimed $veCARV during redemption is partly converted to $CARV for network maintenance and partly burned, supporting CARV’s deflationary model.

CARV Play has integrated the Ronin wallet, allowing users to log in using their Ronin credentials and mint SBT badges on the Ronin chain. This enhancement simplifies the login process for gamers within the Ronin ecosystem and expands the platform’s functionality by supporting event and achievement SBT minting on Ronin. The integration encourages game developers and communities to engage more effectively with their audiences through various interactive events. New users can download the Ronin wallet app and participate in the Ronin x CARV Integration Celebration event to explore these features.
Additionally, CARV’s Data-To-Earn (D2E) campaign, launched in December 2023, supported mining $SOUL on the Ronin blockchain, with CARV covering the gas fees for minting. Users can earn rewards based on their data, including holdings of USDT equivalent tokens, NFTs, Axies, and Axie Land. By binding their Ronin accounts to CARV’s platform, users can receive 10 SOUL daily and participate in weekly rewards based on snapshots of their holdings. CARV announced a collaboration with Linea, a Layer 2 (L2) chain developed by ConsenSys. This partnership aims to enhance user empowerment in data sovereignty and monetization. Linea, a zk-Rollup built for seamless integration with a zkEVM, launched its mainnet alpha on July 11, 2023. It offers instant finality for transactions, ensuring security and reliability while maintaining near-zero transaction costs and fast confirmation times. With a robust ecosystem of over 100 protocols, partners, and dapps, Linea is poised to fulfill Ethereum’s potential by enabling scalable decentralized applications and fostering widespread adoption.
This collaboration will lead to significant upgrades in CARV’s products. The CARV Data to Earn campaign and CARV Play will now support the Linea chain, allowing users to engage with the CARV ecosystem through Linea, explore games, and earn rewards. The CARV Data To Earn: SOUL Drop will introduce the Linea chain, offering an initial mining speed boost of 160 SOUL daily. Additionally, CARV Play events will fully support the Linea chain, enabling users to mint Event SBTs and claim rewards.
