3rd Last Mile ASEAN (LMA) reinstated its position as the most important event for the e-commerce logistics industry in Asia
3rd Last Mile ASEAN Conference & Expo successfully established itself this year as a ‘must-attend’ event for eCommerce, retailers, post & parcel, logistics suppliers and delivery companies to make new contacts, talk business and discuss hot issues to understand the last mile fragment’s challenges in running cross border last-mile delivery business. About 650 decision-makers from 25 countries attended the two-day event from eCommerce & retail background at BITEC on 26 & 27 September in Bangkok.
The event kicked off with a welcome speech by Mr. Anuj Mathur, Managing Director, Manch Exhibitions, who conveyed his sincere thanks to Ministry of Industrial Promotion, Department of Business Development, Ministry of digital economy and society, Asian Institute of Logistics, Thai eCommerce Association, Institute for SME Development, Warehouse Silo and Cold Storage Business Association of Thailand, Hong Kong Federation of E-Commerce and Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau for all their support and co-operation. The conference saw a versatile panel of experts, some of the highlights at Last Mile ASEAN were the discussions on understanding the need for standardized Omni-channel, the criticality of Social media and Social Listening, enhancing supply chain efficiency and return on investments through technology (AI / IoT), fundamentals of operations & fulfillment, last-mile challenges in food and grocery delivery and same day and next day delivery – driving market share and customer experience.
