Olivier's portraits are at the heart of so much that he does. ?Often working from life, he is able to capture the depth of personality behind the image to help create relatable, appealing characters that carry an important narrative. It is perhaps his tireless work with refugees that allows him to draw out the stories behind the personalities and offer us a connection with his sitter which makes us want to read on.
