Organizational revolutions are catered to break free when due diligence, set processes, strong fundamentals, vision and mission of the company take a side track. Who is responsible in fact accountable? Are institutions formidable and immune to failure...not really as we have seen the behemoths falling apart.

What should be done ? ANSWER : 3I BOX.

I - INSTITUTION

I - INSTRUMENTAL LEADERSHIP (IL)

I - INDIVIDUAL

It is the IL that has to make sure that the interests of the other parallel I's are balanced. Facilitate individual's self interests to be aligned to Institutions larger goals. As the saying goes the "Always hire someone who is better than you". Institutions must emphasize to take in leaders of tomorrow rather than look for someone who is helping to provide a quick fix ( no situation managers please!!!!)

So for all my friends attending placements and interviews " Bring the leader in you to the table, let them decide if they want to maintain status quo or take a chance on you" #InstitutionsInstrumentalLeadersInIndividuals #KPKR
