The 3'F Method that Helped me run a successful business.

Have you been on a rollercoaster your whole life? I know I have. Eat this ! Not that !

Workout this much, but not too little and not too much.

Mediation is for weirdos. Calming the mind is so impossible, I just can't sit still.


Is this you? Because it was me !


I had to bring myself back to basics. To stop listening to ALL the noise out there of what people were trying to sell. I had to take a step back and listen to what my body was telling me. It was telling me to slow down and stop abusing itself. Not abuse in the way that you might think. More in a way of following every single diet, exercise program, and biohacking that there was.

Once I let go and just started doing what felt natural and made the time to really understand what worked for MY body. The whole game changed for me.

  1. I was not strapped for time because I knew how to schedule my habits. I felt good about all the routines I set in place and enjoyed them for the scheduled time that I had.
  2. I understood what foods I could eat day in and day out and it helped me stay on track with weight and my energy supply. Going out to eat had to change in the way I looked at it. I still went out but I took action and the time to make sure I always ordered correctly.
  3. Movement was key. I did not have to feel the pressure of running 40 miles a week after working out with weights in the same day. My body was shutting down while I thought I was benefiting it. I took a new approach to just being a person that moved a lot during the course of the day with my scheduled workouts being a very sacred and focused time and not something I just had to get through.
  4. Sitting in silence was not going to be my only form of mind health. Having hobbies like hiking or walking with no phone attached. Taking guitar lessons and playing daily. Finding tech that was friendly to guide me through certain relaxing mediations. The possibilities are endless and I can not stress how important it is to have the mind health and to escape the noise around us.

These are just a few of the discoveries that have helped me progress my relationship with my family, my animals, my clients and my employees. Take this for what you want and go find your own ways. Just let this be a guide.
